Calls
Do I need to give you my phone number?
No. CallbyMi rings inside its app over the internet; there is no phone number to give or to block.
How does the call ring?
Like a normal incoming call, on your lock screen, with the reason as the caller name — for example "CallbyMi · Board meeting in 30 min".
What if I miss the call?
Meeting prep and medication calls ring once more after 3 minutes; other calls don't.
Does it ring on silent or Do Not Disturb?
It follows your phone's rules; CallbyMi does not override silent mode or Focus.
Privacy
Are calls recorded?
No. CallbyMi does not record calls and does not store the audio or the transcript — only a short summary you can delete.
Will I know it's an AI?
Yes. Every call says it is an AI assistant in its first sentence.
What can it do with my Google Calendar?
Read it. The connection is read-only and CallbyMi never edits your events.
Does it remember things from calls?
Only what you approve. Memories the assistant proposes are used in later calls after you approve them.

Which languages does it speak?
English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish and Simplified Chinese.
Where is CallbyMi available?
Worldwide except the EEA, the UK and mainland China.

One trial call plus 3 calls a month, up to 2 minutes each.
How do I delete my account?
In the app or on the web under Settings → Account; everything is deleted within 30 days.
How old do I have to be?
14 or older.
